Die Perdeplaas has extensive knowledge about the training, management, condition, health and wellbeing of the horse.

The horse, together with the rider, is an athletic team with individual needs.

​We strive to love and care for each horse, foal, retired horse, rescued pony and shire on our farm.

Ad lib grass and turnout to keep the horse in his or her most natural environment is key to having happy horses.

Herd living is also a huge factor for our horses.

African Horse sickness prevention receives highest priority as well as tick and fly control.

We love to spoil our horses with carrots, apples and treats.

Stabling fee is really a matter of individuality. We offer various packages to suit your need, starting from R3000 per month.

LEASING

We offer half and full leasing at Die Perdeplaas. Leasing is an ideal way to get to know a horse for the discipline you are interested in. When you and the leased horse have a connection, there is always an option to purchase the horse.
